About
I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University, advised by Prof. Ali C. Gurbuz. My research combines signal processing and machine learning: I develop robust reconstruction methods for unlimited sampling (modulo ADCs) — neural reconstruction that stays reliable under model mismatch, and compressive sensing with integer-aware recovery — and I have worked on diffusion models for 3D molecule generation.
Before my Ph.D., I spent two years at Huawei as an algorithm system engineer, building wireless localization and engineering-parameter calibration for commercial 5G networks, and interned at JD.com on causal-inference models for user growth. I received my M.Eng. from Tsinghua University, advised by Prof. Wei Chen, where I worked on delay analysis of wireless federated learning, and my B.Eng. from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
I also like building things from scratch — most recently a Transformer language model, a pretraining-data pipeline and SFT/GRPO fine-tuning, following Stanford CS336. Feel free to reach out by email.
